(June 2004) The alliance strengthens Kerridge Commercial Systems' product offering with the addition of Retail Logic's Electronic Funds Transfer, Chip & PIN and purchasing card software. In turn, Kerridge Commercial Systems supplies Retail Logic with an in-road to the distribution and trade counter market that it currently dominates. Initial efforts will concentrate on the introduction of Visa's VGIS purchasing card technology.
