change in technology, the Account Management team's role is to ensure
that we continually provide the highest level of service and guidance
on all manner of solutions. During system implementation, our Account
Managers work closely alongside our Project Management team, to ensure
that each implementation runs smoothly and meets customers' specific
business requirements.
The Account Management team's key responsibility is to become the
customers' technology partner – supporting them by providing
technical know-how, informing them of new opportunities, understanding
their businesses and, more importantly, ensuring that they are maximising
the potential of their IT investment.
