The software support team deals with queries relating to the ADP Commercial Systems' application software. Based at the Head Quarters in Hungerford, the team consists of both technical and consultancy staff with extensive knowledge of ADP Commercial Systems' software solutions.
Queries and problems can be reported by telephone, fax or via the Internet – and do not usually require a site visit as each system can be accessed via a modem or ISDN link to allow remote diagnosis and ensure the speediest resolution.
Customers will also be assigned a 'Key Contact' within the support department for liaison purposes. Before going live, customers meet with their 'Key Contact' to discuss any special requirements and procedures.
In addition to our usual support offering, we can also provide a wide range of other services, including system reviews (SAFER) and training.
Hardware support is provided by our network of hardware engineers, to ensure that there is minimum disruption to your business procedures.
